Delivery
Dent-O-Care hold stocks of over 2,000 oral hygiene products and as such are able to dispatch 98% of orders same day. We make every effort to dispatch within the stated timescales but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you resulting from a late delivery so to avoid disappointment please leave sufficient time when ordering.
Dent-O-Care Ltd delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Dent-O-Care Ltd is not responsible for them.

Worldwide Delivery Options
Orders for delivery outside of Europe will be charged according to weight and delivery region. When placing an order a nominal charge of £15 will appear in the shopping cart. On receipt of order we will calculate and advise delivery method and charge, which will need to be approved for your order to be processed.
Please note:
- All delivery timescales are subject to availability
- We can't deliver to PO Boxes
- Orders being sent to non-UK mainland addresses including Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may incur additional delivery charges to be advised on receipt of order
- Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays
- We are unable to track orders sent via Royal Mail and are advised that these can take up to 10 working days
