Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Dent-O-Care Ltd web site (www.dentocare.co.uk) and purchase of our products on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shopping with Dent-O-Care Ltd

You can order from us in the following ways:

1. online via the website
2. via fax on +44 (0)20 8451 0063
3. by cheque or postal order (made out in UK Pounds Sterling) please post it with a copy of your order to the following address:

(please note that all cheque orders may not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared our bank - this can take 5-7 working days)

When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received your Order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email.

Dent-O-Care Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.


All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We endeavour to ensure that all prices on Dent-O-Care Ltd are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling inclusive of 17.5% VAT. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

Payment

You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, cheque or Postal Order. We regret that we cannot accept Diner Card or American Express on site.

If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.

Credit Cards

Orders may be processed online or via fax using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo).

If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party.

Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine.

All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. Dent-O-Care Ltd reserves the right to withhold any Order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.

Cheque or Postal Order

In the UK, you may pay by cheque or Postal Order if you wish.

Please make cheques payable to Dent-O-Care Ltd. And remember to include a copy of the order, your contact details and delivery address.

Cash

We cannot accept responsibility for cash sent through the post and would therefore discourage customers from doing so.

Availability

We endeavour to keep Dent-O-Care Ltd as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refund any amounts that may have been charged in error.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

Dent-O-Care Ltd Responsibilities

Dent-O-Care Ltd has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made by the relevant manufacturer.

Because of the nature of the Internet Dent-O-Care Ltd provides and maintains www.dentocare.co.uk on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of Dent-O-Care Ltd will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Dent-O-Care Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Dent-O-Care Ltd excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you notify to Dent-O-Care Ltd and Dent-O-Care Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

• any incorrect or inaccurate information on Dent-O-Care Ltd;
• any interruptions to or delays in updating Dent-O-Care Ltd;
• the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property rights of any third party caused by their use of Dent-O-Care Ltd or any Product purchased through Dent-O-Care Ltd;
• any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability to use the Dent-O-Care Ltd website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
• any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from our error;
• any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Dent-O-Care Ltd, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Dent-O-Care Ltd;
• all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

General

Dent-O-Care Ltd may change or withdraw any part of www.dentocare.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

Dent-O-Care Ltd may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of Dent-O-Care Ltd upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to Dent-O-Care Ltd's other rights.

Dent-O-Care Ltd acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.

If Dent-O-Care Ltd does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Dent-O-Care Ltd's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Dent-O-Care Ltd and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.

Use of Dent-O-Care Ltd and these Terms are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
