Delivery
Dent-O-Care Ltd delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Dent-O-Care Ltd is not responsible for them.
Orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail (1st Class), Recorded Delivery or via a courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 8am - 6pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel during these hours.
We regret that we can only track orders sent via Courier. Those sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Recorded Delivery cannot be tracked until delivery.
We will make every effort to dispatch within the stated timescales but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you resulting from a late delivery.
Please leave sufficient time when ordering to avoid disappointment.
