Curasept Oral Rinse

A new Chlorhexidine mouthwash, whose unique formulation helps prevent changes in taste perception and also reduces the occurrence of discolouration of the teeth. Both alcohol and sugar free it protects gums and teeth against attack of harmful bacteria and the build up of plaque.

Available in two strengths Curasept Maintenance Mouthwash 0.05% 200ml and Curasept Mouthwash 0.2% 200ml.

Curasept Mouthwash can be used to assist treatment of Mouth ulcers, Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Receding Gums, Care after oral surgery and Caries. It is revolutionary in that, unlike other popular Chlorhexidine preparations Curasept contains no alcohol, and therefore does not cause further irritation to ulceration or other mucosal complaints.

Contains no sugar and has a unique anti-discolouration system to mostly eliminate the discolouration caused by the Chlorhexidine.

Causes negligible change in taste perception. The mouthwash itself has a mild minty flavour.

The pH is 6.2 to protect tooth enamel.
