Products Ordered in Error
Dent.O.Care operate a No-Quibbles Return Policy, so if you order a product from us and then decide you no longer require it just return it to us within 30 days and will credit you the cost of the item in full.
Important notes:
- You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and we would advise that you get proof of postage from the Post Office.
- Due to the hygienic nature of the products supplied by Dent.O.Care we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.
- Refunds will cover the cost pay for the product returned but not the postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. Please contact sales@dentocare.co.uk to arrange this.
